Hide images (or attachements) from main page

Hi,
It could be nice to beeing able to hide non text fragment such as images, files,... from the main page.
When you create or update an existing fragment and embed multiple images or file in it the main page become quickly full with thoses. (And it's a bit duplicate as you already seeing those things in the updated/created fragement).
