Subject: Org Viewer Questions Importance: High Hello all, Can
anyone help me with these questions from customer regards to PS
FP2’s Org Chart Viewer as I need by Monday ..currently
researching … • Can the Org chart Viewer display more
than 3 levels without having to click on someone in the bottom row?
BL: Yes, using the List view of the org chart. • Are there
other output choices besides Excel and Visio, (etc.)? BL: The
export is now to .CSV, so a user can import this file into the
application of their choice. • Can we design / build and save
templates w choose to use for some groups like departments or
business units ? Can different templates be used within one
company? BL: Do you mean different hierarchies? If so, then yes,
the Matrix Teams component can be used to create different
“views” of the organization that can be exposed to
different groups within the enterprise. Many thanks, Hilary Hilary

Hi,
Thank you for your report.
It seems that you use an old version of Piggydb. Could you upgrade to the latest version and try to reproduce this issue?
